As is necessary in the course of our business relationship with you we collect certain information (such as your name, social security number, income and net worth) from various documents and forms that you may deliver to us, from conversations we have with you and from the transactions we process for you. We may disclose this information about you to our affiliates and to certain service providers (including accountants, auditors, brokers and attorneys) in connection with the administration and execution of the services we provide for you and your account, such as in preparing tax forms and verifying securities law compliance.
