Jose Pedreira, Chief Investment Officer & Partner
Mr. Pedreira is the senior portfolio manager and primary decision maker for the Forum Absolute Return strategy and Forum Asset Based Investment product. Mr. Pedreira has over 30 years of experience in emerging markets, including 13 years as a portfolio manager and 18 years directly involved in trading and risk management. Prior to co-founding Forum, Mr. Pedreira founded Forum Capital Management, LLC. Previously he was a partner at Columbus Group, where he was the portfolio manager to the Columbus Venezuela Fund and for the Columbus Emerging Opportunities Fund. Mr. Pedreira spent eight years with Merrill Lynch where he was a managing director and the head of emerging markets trading in New York. Mr. Pedreira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration from Colegio Universitario Francisco de Miranda in Venezuela.

Americo Da Corte, Head of Risk Management & Partner
Mr. Da Corte is the Head of Risk Management for Forum Asset Management. Mr. Da Corte has over 30 years of experience in trading, risk management, and business development in emerging markets. Prior to co-founding Forum, Mr. Da Corte was Managing Director for the Darby Overseas Fixed Income Fund in Washington D.C. From 1990 to 1999, he held various positions at ING Barings where he joined as a senior trader in the Emerging Markets Fixed Income group and later took on the position of Head of Emerging Markets Global Trading. Mr. Da Corte was additionally responsible for the Proprietary Trading Group which invested in non-emerging markets distressed assets and was a member of the ING Barings Financial Markets Committee.

Dr. Ray Bakhramov, Portfolio Manager & Partner
Dr. Bakhramov has primary decision making authority for the Forum Global Opportunities strategy and is the co-portfolio manager of the Forum Hard Assets product. Dr. Bakhramov has over 13 years experience in the global debt markets. Prior to joining Forum, Dr. Bakhramov was at Columbus Advisors where he developed and implemented numerous investment and trading strategies (relative value, sovereign/corporate bonds, distressed situations, local markets, options and equities). Previously he was a sales trader at Renaissance Capital Group in Moscow responsible for client trading and analysis of Russian fixed income instruments. From 1995 to 1996, Dr. Bakhramov was at Credit Suisse First Boston where he structured asset-backed securities transactions. Dr. Bakhramov holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organization and a PhD and MS in Economic Theory from the St. Petersburg Polytechnik Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Evgeny A. Chernyshev, Portfolio Manager
Mr. Chernyshev is the Portfolio Manager of the Forum Hard Assets Fund, Ltd. and the founder of Artis Agro Export, an agricultural commodity trading company located in Sr. Petersburg, Russia. Since 1992 he has held the office of General Directr. Mr. Chernyshev is also a member of the board of the associated group of companies known as Artis Group. Artis Group is a diversified food distribution and agricultural resources company with business throughout the CIS and Europe. Mr. Chernyshev holds a Masters Degree in Economics and Business Management from the Sr. Petersburg Polytechnik Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Anna Titarchuk-Berman, Sr. Credit Strategist
Ms. Anna Titarchuk-Berman is the firm’s senior credit strategist advising on asset selection for the Forum Absolute Return, Global Opportunities and Asset Based Investment Funds. Ms. Titarchuk-Berman has over 14 years of experience in emerging markets. Prior to joining Forum, Ms. Titarchuk-Berman was at Credit Suisse where she sold a wide range of global emerging markets products including sovereign and corporate bonds and loans, CDS, FX and interest rates derivatives. From 1995 to 2003 she worked as an emerging markets debt strategist on the sell side and was rated #1 for Quantitative Strategy in 2003. Ms. Titarchuk-Berman holds a Master in International Affairs from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State Transportation University.

Gonzalo Romero, Sr. Credit Analyst
Concentrating on ABL activities, Mr. Romero is responsible for the credit analysis process for all the ABL and special type situations involving credit work. Before joining Forum in April 2007, Mr. Romero worked as a Transactor in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets for Citibank Peru, where he structured and executed several asset-based deals in local market industries such as fishing, mining, power and financial institutions. He began his finance career in Citibank Peru’s Risk Analysis Unit (RAU) in 2004. Mr. Romero holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico in Peru.

Nicolas Genechesi, Sr. Analyst
Mr. Genechesi works alongside Dr. Bakhramov and focuses primarily on the Forum Global Opportunities strategy. Prior to joining Forum, Mr. Genechesi was Portfolio Manager at Bainbridge Partners where he managed a multi-strategy fund of hedge funds and was responsible for all aspects of hedge fund research and selection. He previously worked at Timber Hill, a leading option market making firm, where he assisted in the management of the automated option trading program on the proprietary trading desk of the company. He mainly focused on the U.S. and foreign index option space as well as on special situations stocks (mergers, spin-offs, special dividends, index rebalancing). Prior to joining Timber Hill, he worked as a trader/analyst at Prince Street Capital Management, a long/short emerging market hedge fund located in New York. His responsibilities encompassed idea generation, trade execution, risk monitoring, and portfolio analytics. He was part of the investment committee and was involved in all phases of the investment process (idea generation, review, implementation, and monitoring,) and maintained a global macro angle to the portfolio by analyzing countries, currencies and commodities, along with developing comprehensive portfolio monitoring tools. Mr. Genechesi graduated from Pace University with a bachelor degree in Finance in 2003.

Greg Ryablov, Equity Analyst
Mr. Rybalov is the equity analyst for the Forum Global Opportunities Fund, Ltd. He has worked for over a decade in the emerging markets. During the last three and a half years, from 2005 until 2009, he was a Research Director of Russia and Frontier Funds at Alden Global (a division of Smith Management). His responsibilities included portfolio equity investments in Russia and the CIS, Indian subcontinent and Sub-Sahara Africa. Prior to Smith, Mr. Rybalov worked in Alexandra Investment Management from 2003 - 2004. From 1995 until 2000, Mr. Rybalov worked at the Bank of America in New York in the Emerging Market department, first as a macro economic analyst and then as a trader on on the proprietary desk primarily dealing in the fixed income instruments. Mr. Rybalov graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 with BS degree in Economics and from the New York University in 2003 with a MS degree in Financial Mathematics.

Lawrence Sage, Risk Management
Mr. Sage is the risk manager for the Forum Absolute Return Fund, Ltd. and Forum Global Opportunities Fund, Ltd. Mr. Sage has been active in risk management, trading, and business development for over 14 years. Prior to joining Forum, Mr. Sage was an independent advisor to hedge funds and private equity groups where he performed quantitative analysis and financial modeling of investment risk and strategies management. In addition, Mr. Sage has worked in Germany, the Netherlands and Singapore managing portfolio risk and FX derivative portfolios of vanilla and exotic options (G7 and Emerging Markets) for HypoVereinsbank and Rabobank from 1995 until 1999. Mr. Sage received his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 1995 and a B.A. degree in Political Science and History from the University of Michigan in 1991. Mr. Sage has lived in Japan, speaks Osaka-ben Japanese and has received his FINRA Series 3, 7, 63, 65 and 79 licenses.

Emmy Tracy Bernard, Director of Investor Relations & Marketing
Ms. Tracy joined Forum in March of 2007 and is responsible for all investor relations activities for the firm. She began her career at Shearman & Sterling working on large-scale project finance transactions in Latin America and Africa from their New York and Paris offices. Subsequently, Ms. Tracy spent several years at investment banks Merrill Lynch, UBS and Citigroup. At Merrill, Emmy worked on private equity transactions in emerging markets and was responsible for all communications with the fund's limited partners including quantitative and qualitative updates on the fund's portfolio and business development/strategic initiatives. As part of the private client team at UBS, Ms. Tracy was responsible for creating customized investment portfolios for the firm's top private investors and for increasing assets under management. Ms. Tracy was also a relationship manager at Citigroup, and worked closely with their institutional clients to launch several hedge funds and fund of funds. Ms. Tracy also served for some time as a consultant to a private equity start-up fund. She is fluent in French. Emmy holds a Master's of Science Degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both International Studies and Music from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

Swan Chang, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Chang joined Forum Asset Management in July 2007. Mr. Chang is responsible for all aspects of Forum’s operations, and he brings to the firm his extensive experience in trading operations and hedge fund management. Previously, Mr. Chang served as COO of Monaco Asset Management, where he oversaw the firm’s business and executed short-term commodity trading strategies. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Chang served as an independent consultant to alternative investment product managers; projects included performance reporting automation for the Structured Products group at Refco Alternative Investments and market-making analysis for the Economic Derivatives desk at Goldman Sachs. Werner Graser, Managing Director & Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Graser joined Registrant in January 2010 as Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Graser is also Chief Compliance Officer and President of Mann Mann Jensen Partners LP (“MMJ”), an affiliated SEC registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA. From March 2004 to July 2009 he was Chief Compliance Officer of VegaPlus Capital Partners (USA) LLC and its successor company Proxima Alfa Investments (USA) LLC and from January 2006 to June 2009 also for Vega Securities LP and its successor company Proxima Alfa Securities LP and MMJ. From April 2004 to December 2007 he was Compliance Consultant to Nighthawk Partners Inc., a SEC registered broker-dealer. From 2002 –March 2004 he was Executive Vice President of Global Payments Advisory Group LLC, New York (an AML/Compliance consulting firm) with global sales/marketing responsibilities. From 1989-2002 Mr. Graser was Senior Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank, New York, with global sales/marketing responsibilities. Mr. Graser began his US financial career in 1979 with Clairol (formerly a division of Bristol-Myers) as Treasury Analyst. In 1981 he joined Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC) in New York as International Associate and was appointed in 1982 to be the bank’s representative in Frankfurt. Germany. In 1987 he transferred to the bank’s Investment Banking Division in New York as Vice President. Mr. Graser received a BSc in Business Economics and a MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut. He holds FINRA licenses 3, 7, 24, 63, and has the National Regulatory Services’ certification of Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional.
